You are kindly requested to go through terms and conditions at the time any trip booking. The booking terms and conditions authorizes a legal mandatory contract between Trekking Explore Nepal and you for the services which are provided by Trekking Explore Nepal.

VISAS & PASSPORTS

The visa policy of Nepal is relatively liberal, allowing citizens of almost all nations to obtain a tourist visa on arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu Nepal. Visitors must hold passports that are valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is necessary for all travelers  for doing any adventurous activities that’s why you should have your travel insurance to come to Nepal for adventurous activities. Travel insurance covers against travel risks such as lost or stolen luggage, cancellation, unexpected medical costs etc during treks, tours, expeditions and more adventurous activities. 

CANCELLATION & BOOKING CHANGES

If you or any member of your group decides to cancel the confirmed booking after the confirmation vouchers are issued, you should notify us in writing. Your notice of cancellation  only making sure when it is received in writing by us and acknowledged by us. Booking date changing charge is 1% of your trip amount.After confirmation vouchers are used, cancellation charge will be deducted as following conditions.
#  30 days prior to departure: 30% of trip amount,
# between 29 days to 15 days prior to departure 50% of trip amount,
# between 14 days to 08 days prior to departure 70% of trip amount,
# and less than 07 days prior to departure 100% of trip amount.

HEALTH

You should be healthy and physically fitness to travel around the world. Trekking Explore Nepal also requires healthy and physically fitness clients to do adventurous activities that’s why you should counsel with your doctor if you have regular check up of any disease or taking regular medicines. There are some important things to know while traveling in Nepal, stray dogs are common in Nepal. Clients must   be aware that stray dogs may be infected with rabies. If you are bitten by a dog, get to a safe place, immediately wash your wounds with clean water and soap   and seek medical attention
